Sd68 Collective Agreement

If you belong to a bargaining unit that has ratified its 2018-2020 collective agreement, this new agreement will be posted below as soon as it has been prepared, corrected and fully signed by all parties. If it is not displayed below, you can view the ratified memoranda of understanding here (see local negotiations in file updates). If your bargaining unit has not completed negotiations with your school jurisdiction, employers cannot arbitrarily change pay or working conditions. Expiring collective agreements will continue to be fulfilled until a new agreement is ratified. Nanaimo Ladysmith Public Schools and the CUPE Executive recently met to sign the collective agreement that will be in effect from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2022.
